3. There is serious vibration in the sewage pump operation process.
Reasons: ① sewage pump is worn caused by imbalance of impeller; ② water level is low and there is air into it.
Solutions: ① change the impeller; ② stop the sewage pump and run it again after the raising of water level.
4. Head of sewage pump is insufficient.
Reasons: ① the clearance between impeller and backplate is too large; ② the impeller is blocked.
Solutions: ① adjust the clearance or change impeller and backplate; ② clean impeller.
5. Bearing of sewage pump is overheat.
Reasons: ① lubricating oil is too little or too much; ② there is debris in lubricating oil; ③ the bearing is worn.
Solutions: ① keep lubricating oil at the normal oil level; ② change lubricating oil; ③ change bearing.
6. Sewage pump is unable to stop automatically.
Reasons: ① the floating ball is stuck on the water or wire is too long; ② there is electrical fault.
