Stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump start and stop:
First, prepare before starting
1. Hand-dial motor fan blades, impeller should be no card grinding phenomenon, flexible rotation.
2. Open the inlet valve, open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump chamber with liquid, and then close the exhaust valve.
3. Hand pump to make lubricating fluid into the mechanical seal face.
4. Jog the motor to make sure the steering is correct.
Second, start and run
1. Fully open the inlet valve, close the spit line valve.
2. Turn on the power, when the pump reaches the normal speed, and then gradually open the spit out the pipeline valve, and adjust to the required conditions.

3. Observe the instrument readings, check the shaft seal leakage, the normal mechanical seal leakage, <3 drops / min, check the motor, bearing temperature rise ≤ = 70 degrees C, if abnormal circumstances, should be promptly dealt with.
Third, parking
1. Gradually close the spit line valve, cut off the power.
2. Close the inlet valve.
3. If the ambient temperature is less than 0 degrees C, the liquid should be exhausted pump to avoid cracking.
4. If the pump is disused for a long time, the pump should be disassembled, cleaned and packed.
